Ebusco CEO Christian Schreyer Steps Down Due To Health Reasons

Deurne, 11 June 2025 - Ebusco (Euronext: EBUS), today announces that Christian Schreyer has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

The Supervisory Board (RvC) and Mr. Schreyer have mutually agreed to terminate his contract for personal health reasons. As a consequence, Mr. Schreyer has stepped down as CEO of Ebusco with immediate effect. Mr. Schreyer joined Ebusco on 2 September 2024.  

The Supervisory Board extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Schreyer for his dedication and leadership during this demanding phase and wishes him all the best for the future.

Pending the appointment of a permanent successor, CEO responsibilities will be jointly assumed by the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer to ensure continuity in leadership and oversight.
