Postponement of Ebusco’s Half Year results

Deurne, 21 July 2025 – Ebusco (Euronext: EBUS).

On 30 April 2025, Ebusco published its FY 2024 results and annual report. As previously communicated, these financial statements were published as unaudited, but external support has been hired to assist the company in the preparations required for the auditor to finalize the audit of FY 2024 as soon as possible. This exercise is still underway.

In light of the above, the company has decided to postpone the publication of its 2025 half year results from 23 July 2025 to a later date, but in any event before the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders that is scheduled for 18 August 2025.
